Our last day…

 closing today for web
Good morning lovely crafty friends, I’m sad to tell you that our blog is closing today
Thanks to everyone who has visited and commented, some of you I know stop by every day and I’ve enjoyed reading all your feedback and I know we’ve given you lots of inspiration over the years.
If you didn’t see my earlier post I’m excited to tell you that we are launching a brand new website for 2015. We are keeping all the best bits of our existing website but there will also be a fantastic ideas section where you can see a different card and project everyday as well as loads of helpful projects and tutorials. The website will have some much needed features for you our customers such as being able to create your own account and view your order history, zoom functions so you can see the products more clearly and the facility to add wish lists so you can save favourites for later
Of course you will still be able to visit the DT’s own blogs for inspiration using our products and we are very much looking forward to launching our new website for you next year

There are 2 members of our Design Team left to feature and that’s myself and the fabulous Dena

Dena has been with Lili of the Valley for many years and is now stepping down to give herself time to try new things, she makes very pretty cards which showcase our images perfectly…
Pedal Power - Dena
Dena colours with distress inks and more recently the Inktense pencils, the images you see on our banners and magazine adverts will usually have been coloured by her
Emma Presents - Dena
James Butterflies - Dena
I’d like to say thank you to Dena for being a fabulous member of our team and wish her well with whatever she does next xx

Last but not least I’ve chosen a couple of my own favourite cards…
Vintage Boys 1
05 June - Girlie

I really enjoy using our art pads, they are so great for a quick card when you don’t have time to colour

midsummers night2
04 May - Add Pearls

I’ve had a busy year so have taken a bit of time out the past few months from my blog and my DT’s but I still can’t resist playing with our cute images when I have the chance!

We finish today for the festive break so that’s it from me and from the Ideas to Inspire blog. Make sure you keep an eye out in January for details of our new website
All that’s left for me to say is a huge Merry Christmas and a very Happy New to each and every one of you from us all at Lili of the Valley…   see you in 2015!!
